Scheduling Notice

When scheduling an appointment, the attached $25 fee is a scheduling deposit that contributes towards the price of the service, and therefore, the total is reduced by $25 once applied. Any rescheduling caused by unforeseeable circumstances, such as weather, will not incur additional fees. Any rescheduling caused by us is subject to reimbursement or rescheduling. In order to cancel and be reimbursed for the scheduling fee, the cancellation must be made 48 hours before the appointment time.
